Established in 1981, we are committed to scratch cooking, from “Applesauce to Zucchini Bread.” We are a community
leader in sustainable practices. We are among the first restaurants to use Community Grains in all of our house-made whole wheat baked goods. All of our meats and dairy are antibiotic- and hormone-free and are vegetarian-fed. We proudly use Mary’s free-range chickens in our recipes. If Mary’s products are unavailable, we substitute with Rocky Free-Range Chickens. Our produce is sustainably grown and locally sourced when available.
