Informal Buffet

This menu is ideal for medium to large receptions with a “flexible” guest count, such as open houses and memorial receptions, and is suitable for standing receptions if necessary.

The “Informal Buffet” works nicely as a lunch and the “Light Refreshments” is designed for mid-afternoon to early evening receptions.

Menu Includes: Clear Plastic Plates, Napkins, Serving Utensils, etc.

Chicken Cashew Salad, Tuna Salad, Brie w/ Fig jam & Arugula

Pesto Veggie and / or Turkey / Cranberry

(Meatballs served hot in foil pans)

Turkey, Tri Tip, Cashew Chicken, Ham – Optional Fillings: Egg Salad, Roasted Veggie
